Meet the Doctors

Dr. Brion Lowry is excited about dentistry. He is in his 35th year and still thoroughly enjoys providing the best dentistry possible to his patients. As a general practitioner he performs many procedures including crowns, bridges, tooth colored restorations, implants, porcelain veneers, dentures, as well as root canal treatment and extractions.

When needed he works with an excellent group of dental specialists to make sure each patient receives the best possible care.

Dr. Brion graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry. He loves to learn and keep current with the latest techniques and products. Each year he participates in many more hours of continuing education than is required. In doing so he has received certificates and recognition including a Fellowship in The Academy of General Dentistry and the Northwest Precedent Research Group.

He holds a membership in The Idaho State Dental Society, The American Dental Association The Academy of General Dentistry, and The Academy of LDS Dentists. For over 30 years he has been a clinical evaluator for the CR Foundation, a non profit research institute that strives to better dentistry worldwide. When not in the office, Dr. Brion enjoys spending time with his wife, JoAnn, and their family. Other favorite activities include church service, golfing, skiing, woodworking, reading and travel.

Dr. Eric Lowry is proud to call Boise home. After growing up here and developing a deep appreciation for the community, he returned to begin his dental career. He graduated with honors from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 2000 and soon joined the family practice at Lowry Dental.

A dedicated member of the American Dental Association, the Idaho Dental Association, and the Clinical Research Foundation, Dr. Eric is passionate about all aspects of dentistry—but what he values most are the relationships he builds with his patients. His clinical interests are broad and include restorative dentistry, dental implants, orthodontics using the ProMonitoring system, wisdom teeth extractions, and full and partial dentures. He takes pride in using modern techniques and technology to improve both function and aesthetics, helping patients regain confidence in their smiles. Whether it's restoring damaged or missing teeth, straightening smiles with discreet orthodontic options, or providing comfortable, secure dentures, Dr. Eric approaches each case with skill and compassion tailored to the individual. His goal is always to enhance his patients’ quality of life through personalized, effective dental care.

Dr. Eric is deeply involved in the Boise community. He and his wife are the proud parents of five children—and are excited to soon be promoted to grandparents. He loves spending time with his family and cheering them on in everything they do. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, reading, gardening, and going on dates with his wife.

Born and raised in Boise, Dr. Benjamin Lowry grew up just down the road from the practice he’s proud to call home today. He earned a degree in mechanical engineering from Brigham Young University and worked as an engineer at Micron, applying hands-on problem-solving skills and technical precision. He later went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the University of California, San Francisco.

As part of his family’s dental practice, Dr. Benjamin focuses on dental implants, All-on-X full-arch restorations, and cosmetic procedures such as veneers and full mouth rehabilitation. His engineering background gives him a unique edge in complex restorative cases, allowing him to combine precision, innovation, and aesthetics to deliver confident, lasting results.

Dr. Benjamin is passionate about staying at the forefront of dental technology. He is especially invested in the evolving role of 3D printing in dentistry—from surgical guides to custom prosthetics—and leverages these tools to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and patient outcomes. He attends multiple continuing education courses each year and is an active member of the American Dental Association and other leading professional organizations.

Outside the office, Dr. Benjamin is a proud dad of four. He enjoys an active lifestyle filled with snow skiing, water sports, and world travel. He’s always looking for his next adventure and stays in top shape to make the most of every opportunity—whether it’s exploring new terrain, spending time with his kids, or pushing his limits in the outdoors.

Dr. Nathan Gardner grew up in the Treasure Valley and is proud to serve the community he calls home. He is the grandson of Dr. Brion and nephew to Dr. Eric and Dr. Ben, continuing a proud family legacy in the field of dentistry.

He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, after completing a bachelor's degree in microbiology at Brigham Young University.

Dr. Gardner is passionate about providing personalized care and building strong relationships with his patients. He brings a positive attitude to his practice every day and takes the time to listen and understand each patient’s unique needs. Committed to excellence, he stays up to date on the latest dental technologies and techniques to ensure the highest level of care.

Outside the office, Dr. Gardner is an avid sports fan who enjoys both watching and playing—especially pickup basketball. He also loves skiing and mountain biking, with Bogus Basin being one of his favorite spots. When he's not on the trails or the court, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling with his wife, and preparing for the arrival of their first child. A true chocolate lover, Dr. Gardner believes in enjoying the little things in life—and helping his patients smile with confidence.
